The principles of the Scriptures never change, how they are communicated will vary widely, depending on cultural and spiritual world views. With people at the centre of the vision, flexibility enables them to be served. The group size must always allow time for one-to-one; it must never become a conference or classroom, more of a ‘spiritual health centre’. There must be the room and the space for spiritual surgery. It has been said that ‘hurt people, hurt people’. The Church is awash with ministries carrying unresolved issues. They carry their hurts and wounds into every day of ministry life. However, ‘healed people, heal people and released people, release others’.
