Worship Academy Ireland had an information stand at the New Wine Ireland conference, which is the largest Christian gathering covering all of Ireland.

It was a blessed time of connecting with the wider church in the nation.  We made great contacts and friendships and many showed an interest in the vision of Academy Ireland.  Please pray for fruitfulness from these connections to expand the vision in Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Please pray for Chris & Lesley Bowater as they jet off to Hatfield, Pretoria, South Africa at Easter 2010.  Chris will minister with, amongst others, RT Kendall, at the Easter Conference and will spend time with the Music Ministry of the Church and Church leadership discussing how Worship Academy might be hosted there. Chris has developed friendship with the ministries of this very large church and this is now happening at their invitation. Pray for wisdom and direction.

The countdown is on for the launch of SEAWA – South East Asia Worship Academy – in Singapore. The Academy leader – Tony Seow – a former UK Academy student – reports that to date there is a promise of 18 students ready to commit to the course – including 2 from Thailand! We are fully expectant that SEAWA will be fully subscribed by the launch date – May 20^th-22^nd 2010! Chris is travelling there for the inaugural Academy, supported by ministries from Singapore. Pastor Bill Prentice, Lincoln Life Church, is also going to attend. He is in Asia, ministering in Malaysia. He will bring a worship leader from India with him! So already SEAWA is looking like a multi national Asian Academy – and we are still expecting delegates from Malaysia & Brunei!
