Visit from Mongolian worship leaders...

Academy 6's September weekend included two worship leaders from Mongolia, who had come to share ministry and receive a taste of Worship Academy to take back to their nation.

As a team we are keen to see the Worship Academy initiative launched in Mongolia and this visit marked a great step forward towards the fulfillment of this vision. We were touched by the ministry that was brought to us by our visitors, and we recorded a song that was sung over us during one of the Saturday sessions. Please follow the link below to listen to the song:

More supporting roles from ex - Academy students

We are seeing fantastic signs of development both in the UK and abroad and it's really encouraging to find that we have younger blood coming through in people who are ready and willing to sow into the Worship Academy vision.

We are blessed to have representatives from the very first UK Academy right through to Academy 5 now actively serving in many aspects of the project from hosting and pastoral support right through to administration and fundraising.

Jo Tilley, Ruth Cook, Anna Maltby and Ali Crompton will all play important roles in the development and delivery of Academy 7 in the UK. Pauline Dye, Hilary Clarke, Neen Thomas and Geoff Markham will all also stay strongly committed to the overall vision.

New Team Members announced

Further to the supporting roles above, we are also pleased to announce that Richard Lewis and Danny Oates will be joining us on the central team. Both Richard and Danny have become great carriers of the vision and have lots input to the development of the course and the delivery of teaching.

Please keep tabs on the meet the team section to find more information on Richard and Danny.

New ministry connections for Worship Academy

We would value your prayers as Worship Academy seeks to pursue two new exciting opportunities!

Worship Academy Betel
There will be a course for the guys involved in this awesome ministry of restoration and hope. We believe that Worship Academy teaching will bring added value to their lives as they pursue their new lives under the guidance and leadership of the Holy Spirit.

If you would like to know more about the amazing work of Betel please follow this link to visit their homepage.

Worship Academy Mattersey
The Assemblies of God College in Great Britain have invited us to inaugurate a full on Worship Academy Course for the relevant students as an intensive extra to their existing biblical & mission training.

Along with this may come accreditation points for some aspects of the Worship Academy course which could in principle benefit all the other Academy operations both here in the UK & overseas. How exciting is that!
